N.A. Ragrin, born in 1954, graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1976 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, metal-cutting machines and tools.
After graduation, he worked as a process engineer, senior process engineer in the design bureau of tools of the Setun plant of the Ala-Too production association: mastered the production of contacts and parts of household appliances on longitudinal turning machines. With his direct participation, the complexity of manufacturing these parts was significantly reduced. For the introduction of inventions into production, he was awarded the Honorary badge "Inventor of the USSR".
From 1977 to 1981 he was chairman of the Council of Young Specialists of the Setun plant and the design bureau of tools. For successful industrial and social activities, he was awarded the certificate of honor of the production association "Ala-Too".
In 1981, he was transferred to the head of the technical department of the Ainur plant of the Ala-Too production association. Under his direct supervision, several names of electrical connectors for household appliances were mastered.
From 1982 to 1984, he studied at the full-time graduate school of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. After graduation, he passed the competition for the position of chief technologist of the Ainur plant of the Ala-Too production association, where he supervised the development of new household appliances: a tape recorder and a baby stroller.
In 1988 he defended his PhD thesis, having received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.03.01 — "Processes of mechanical and physico-chemical processing, machines and tools".
In 2008, he joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology at the I. Razzakov KSTU as an associate professor. In 2011, he received a diploma of the third degree in the competition of educational and methodical complexes of bachelors for the UMK in the discipline "Processing of materials and tools". Based on the decision of the Rector's Council of 03.10.2011, he was awarded a diploma in the nomination Best Associate Professor of KSTU 2011. In 2012, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty "Mechanical Engineering".
In 2015, he defended his doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.02.08 — "Technology of mechanical engineering".
Since 2015, he has held the position of Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology of I. Razzakov KSTU.
In 2018, he received a diploma of the third degree in the competition of master's Educational and Methodological Complexes for the UMK in the discipline "Planning, organization of the experiment, and processing of experimental data".
N.A. Ragrin is actively engaged in research work, supervises two graduate students, has: 94 scientific works, including three inventions, a copyright certificate, 3 monographs; 31 educational and methodological works, including 6 textbooks, 2 textbooks.
