List of documents for admission
1.Application for admission to the PhD doctoral program addressed to the rector of KSTU;
2.Copy of passport and military ID;
3.Brief justification of the preliminary research topic;
4. Personal personnel record;
5.Notarized copy of the Master's or Specialist qualification diploma;
6.Color photos 3.5×4.5 cm (2 copies);
7.List of published scientific works (if no list is available, a summary in the field with reviews from at least two industry specialists);
8. Certificate of Proficiency in Russian Language (for Foreigners); Health Certificate;
9. Health Certificate;
Foreign citizens must provide a copy of the equivalence certificate of their education diploma to the diploma of higher professional education issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. All documents for admission to the PhD program are submitted in person. Retaking entrance exams is not allowed. (All documents must be submitted in a hard binder.) Document submission for admission to the PhD program is carried out from July 10th to October 10th, 2024. Entrance examinations will take place from October 11th to October 16th, and enrollment will be completed by October 18th, 2024. The cost of tuition in the PhD program at the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University is:
- 80,000 som for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- 110,000 som for citizens of countries participating in the Eurasian Economic Union (Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Belarus);
- 140,000 som for citizens of countries not participating in the Eurasian Economic Union (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, etc.);
- 175,000 som for citizens of countries from distant foreign countries.
