The mission of the department is to train highly qualified personnel in the field of production of building materials, products and structures, capable of quickly adapting to production conditions, and in the field of construction, operation of real estate, real estate activities, real estate valuation, repair, reconstruction and modernization of buildings.

The main task of the department is to prepare a specialist with a good theoretical basis and practical skills, capable of quickly adapting to a production environment.
