Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KSTU) is the flagship of the engineering education of Kyrgyzstan. The university prepares highly qualified specialists in various fields for our republic, countries of near and far abroad.
Today, KSTU successfully implements multilevel education, opens up new areas for the preparation of bachelors and masters, expands international relations, and concludes long-term partnership agreements. Educating is conducted on a budgetary and contractual basis; full-time and part-time (using distance learning technologies (DLT)) forms of education. The main languages of instruction are russian and kyrgyz.
Enrolment in the budget and contract forms of education is made only on the basis of the results of tests.
In order to take part in the competition for grant places, apart from the main test, a subject test is obligatory, which is specified in the respective education direction.

To enter the KSTU, before signing the contract, a foreign citizen must submit the following documents:
1. Application (filled out in the KSTU);
2. Personal application (filled out in the department of international relations of KSTU);
3. Original passport
4. 2 copies of the passport;
5. 2 copies of registration (who arrives in the Kyrgyz Republic more than 30 days or constantly);
6. copy of military identity card or military registration;
7. 4 photos 3x4 pcs;
8. certificate of education (certificate / diploma / certificate) and a notarized translation of the document by the notary of the Kyrgyz Republic or the consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic indicating the subjects studied and grades obtained on them (if the document is in a foreign language);
9. Medical certificate on the absence of medical contraindications for studying in the Kyrgyz Republic: - form No. 086
List of required documents for all other foreign citizens:

3. Original passport with a Kyrgyz study visa
4. 2 copies of the passport;
5. 2 copies of visa and / or registration;
6. 6 photos 3x4 pcs;
7. certificate of education (certificate / diploma / certificate) and a notarized translation of the document by the notary of the Kyrgyz Republic or the consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic indicating the subjects studied and grades obtained on them (if the document is in a foreign language);
8. Certificate confirming the level of education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;
9. Medical certificate on the absence of medical contraindications for studying in the Kyrgyz Republic: -form No. 086
10. HIV / AIDS certificate
11. A document on the passage of the preparatory course for citizens of far abroad entering the specialization of education in Russian.
