Funding and Participation Requirements for the Erasmus+ Programme

Source of Funding

Participation in the programme is financed through an Erasmus+ grant. The grant covers the main expenses, allowing participants to fully focus on educational and teaching activities.

Required Documents

To submit an application, the following documents must be prepared and provided:

1. Copy of International Passport
The passport must be valid for the entire planned period of travel. Please ensure that all personal data is correct.

2. CV in English
The CV should include your work experience, education, professional skills, participation in projects, and publications (if any). An academic or European CV format is recommended.

3. Motivation Letter (in Russian and English, each no more than 1 page)
The motivation letters should briefly and clearly describe:

  • reasons for participation in the programme;
  • expected results and professional goals;
  • your potential contribution to the host institution’s educational process.

4. Proof of English Language Proficiency
This may be a certificate such as IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, or others. English is used as the main working language of the programme.

5. Draft Teaching Programme
It is recommended to prepare a preliminary lecture/course plan with a minimum workload of 8 hours in both Russian and English. The Teaching Programme structure should include:

  • topic title;
  • learning objectives and expected outcomes;
  • main sections and content;
  • teaching methods (presentations, discussions, case studies, etc.);
  • assessment methods.
