Production and examination of building materials, products and structures
Research work
The scientific direction of the department is related to the problem of the Construction Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic - the development and implementation into production of resource-saving technologies of competitive import-substituting environmentally friendly building materials, products and structures from local raw materials and industrial waste. Research is being carried out in stages in several directions: Finding new types (traditional and non-traditional) local raw materials and industrial waste and studying their characteristics to expand the raw material base of the building materials industry (Abdykalykov A.A., Abdyraimov Zh.A., Assakunova B.T., Dzhusupova M.A., Bolotov T.T. Omurbekov I.K., Tairova A.A., Abdyldaeva A.K., Tekbaeva E.E., etc.).
Optimization of the compositions of raw materials and the main physical and mechanical properties of building materials for various purposes using the method of mathematical and statistical modeling (Abdykalykov A.A., Abdyraimov Zh.A., Bolotov T.T., Dzhusupova M.A., etc.) Development of theoretical foundations of technology and physico-chemical processes of structure formation of mixed inorganic binding materials from local raw materials (Abdykalykov A.A., Abdyraimov Zh.A., Assakunova B.T., Omurbekov I.K., Tairova A.A., Abdyldaeva A. .TO.) Study of the possibility of using non-traditional types of raw materials and development of resource-saving technologies for building materials for high-temperature processing. (Abdykalykov A.A., Assakunova B.T., Dzhusupova M.A., Bolotov T.T., Omurbekov I.K., Tairova A.A. .) Development of the theoretical foundations of the technology of thermal insulation materials and products for various purposes based on local raw materials (Abdykalykov A.A., Abdyraimov Zh.A., Assakunova B.T., Bolotov T.T., Dzhusupova M.A., Omurbekov I.K.)
The department has carried out and is carrying out a number of research works on g/b topics through the Ministry of Education and Science and the Moscow Patriarchate under the general leadership of prof. Abdykalykova A.A.: Project: “Development of advanced technologies for the production of environmentally and energy-efficient composite materials for multifunctional purposes.”
Section 1: Integrated use of carbonate-containing natural materials and industrial waste in the production of energy-efficient environmentally friendly materials and products for housing and civil construction (Assakunova B.T., Imanalieva D.A., Abdyldaeva A.K., Bostonova K.T.).
Section 2: Development of technology for producing effective composite building products of contact-condensation hardening (Dzhusupova M.A., Tairova A.A.).
Section 3. Development of heat and sound insulating wall products made of cellular concrete for earthquake-resistant frame-monolithic buildings (Abdyraimov Zh.A.).
Rector of KSUSTA, member of the department, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Abdykalykov A.A. is the leader of a number of international projects: training of bachelors and masters in “Geodesy and Geoinformatics” is carried out under an educational grant concluded in Sweden, Stockholm, in December 2005. The department conducts scientific research work, where professors, teachers, graduate students, undergraduates and students of the department take part.
