From the first years of its creation, the department has maintained cooperation with related departments of construction universities in the CIS and abroad, which is expressed in the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, in conducting joint scientific research, organizing and conducting international scientific and technical conferences, in internships, and in joint publications.
Thus, we studied in graduate school and defended dissertations for Doctor of Technical Sciences at the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute, prof. Mavlyanov A.S., former rector of the Belarusian Faculty of Economics and Economics; Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute prof. Assakunova B.T.; at the Odessa Civil Engineering Institute prof. Abdykalykov A.A., associate professor Dzhusupova M.A.
World-famous scientists in this field took part in the formation of the department, the selection of a scientific problem and the creation of a scientific laboratory base: acad. Bozhenov P.I., Bazhenov Yu.M., Voznesensky V.A., Zubekhin A.P., Kuznetsova T.V., Khrulev V.V., et al.
Monographs have been published jointly with Bozhenov P.I., Voznesensky V.A., Rotych N.V. etc. Scientific articles by members of the department are published in leading scientific journals of the CIS countries, collections of works of OISI, KazGASA, Sibstrin, Tash KhTU, etc.
Scientific and technical conferences are held with the participation of scientists from the CIS countries: Khrulev V.V., Solovyov V.I., Saibulatov S.S., Iskandarova M., Atokuziev T.A. and etc.
Rector of KSUSTA, member of the department prof. Abdykalykov A.A. is a member of the Board of the Presidium of the International Association of Construction Universities of the CIS countries and takes an active part in the development of regulatory and educational standards for the training of bachelors, graduates and masters in the field of “Construction”, chairman of the dissertation council for the defense of doctoral and candidate dissertations, member of the National Accreditation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic. The rector of KSUSTA cooperates with the Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden - Stockholm), the Salzburg Technical University (Austria), the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis (France), the Freiburg Academy of Mining and Technology Members of the department take part in international scientific and technical conferences: Abdykalykov A.A.
