STRUCTURE OF A SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS:

• UDC (a coding system that makes it easy to find a publication in any database, library)

• Information about the author(s) (in Kyrgyz, Russian and English languages). Authors should be listed according to their contribution to the article. The author who has made the most significant contribution to the work, and has done most of the underlying research, should be listed as the first author.

• Title. When translating the title into English it is unacceptable to use transliteration from Russian into Latin alphabet, except for untranslatable proper names, instruments and other objects.

• Abstract. Abstract should be informative, original, meaningful, structured, written in English (be written in good English), compact, (250 -500 words)

• Keywords. Recommended 5-7 words or phrases. Basic principles of keyword selection: apply basic terms together with special ones; do not use too complicated words, words in quotation marks, words with commas; every keyword is an independent element, they must have eigenvalue.

• Introduction. The introduction describes the general theme research, goals and objectives of the planned work, theoretical and practical significance of the work.

• Theoretical background (foundation) of the study. This section consists of a brief description of the concepts and theories, along with their definitions and references to the relevant scientific literature, that are most relevant to the research topic.

• Methods and materials. The data used for the research, methods for analyzing these data is described here, and a general scheme of experiments / research is provided.

• Results. There are 3 ways to present results: text; tables; drawings: diagrams, graphs, images.

• Discussion. The section summarizes the results; the results are compared with the data of other researchers; possible explanations for similarities and contradictions with the concepts and theories previously described in the Theoretical Background (foundation), together with other studies are compared; proposal for practical application, etc.

• Conclusion. The conclusion contains the main ideas of the main text of the article.

• References. Scientific article should contain links to information obtained from a particular source (intertext links), as well as bibliographic list of these sources at the end of the article.

Procedure for publishing a scientific article:

• The article enters the portfolio of the journal in Russian or Kyrgyz.

• The article is checked in the anti-plagiarism system.

• The article is reviewed internally or externally on conditions of anonymity (the reviewer and the author are anonymous to each other).

• After the reviewer's approval for publication, the article is translated into English and goes through the production procedure (editing, proofreading, etc.).

Standard rules for formatting the text of a scientific article:

• The text is typed in Microsoft Word.

• The font used is Times New Roman, size 12 or 14, spacing 1.5.

• Allowed page settings: A4 format with portrait orientation; margin size: left from 30 mm, right from 10 mm, top and bottom - 20 mm.

• The main text is aligned to the width of the sheet, the heading is centered.

• An indent of 12 to 15 mm is allowed for a paragraph.

• Page numbering is continuous, Arabic numerals, centered at the bottom of the sheet.

• A dot is used for decimal separation.

• Units of measurement are specified in SI system.

• Shortenings and abbreviations are deciphered at their first mention.

Priority is given to requirements put forward by publishers.

It is important:

• The title is written in Kyrgyz, Russian and English, without shortenings and abbreviations.

• Abstract is written in Kyrgyz, Russian and English. The recommended volume is 150-300 words.

• Keywords are written in 3 languages: Kyrgyz, Russian, English. The recommended volume is 5-7 words or phrases.

• Unauthorized sources should not be included in the bibliography. Links to such materials are placed in the text of the article.

• After typing names of the authors indicate the place of work, place of residence (city and country) and only e-mail of the authors.

• At the end of the article, it is obligatory to indicate information about the authors: full name, place of work, position, scientific degree and title, contact phone number, e-mail.

• Recommendations are valid to all materials in three languages.
