The drama studio "Art-Muras" was founded in 2016, for the work of the studio, students were awarded certificates of honor from the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Council of Poets "Ak-Tal". The main purpose of the studio is to teach the skills of performing on stage, revealing creative potential, expanding the horizons of students through reading the works of Kyrgyz and foreign writers and poets. Students take part in city and national events as part of the Art-Muras drama studio.

The club was created to prepare for esports tournaments

"The idea of creating our club, like any other idea, came with a specific purpose: to promote education and educate KSTU students in the literary field, as well as to make reading a good habit. We want students to broaden their horizons and make reading books a pleasure." Aidana Bazarbayeva is a student of the TPPRS(b)-1-21 group, one of the founders of the book club.

The Enactus KSTU-USTA team took second place in the race for the recycling of plastic. 

From October 30 to November 2, Puerto Rico hosted the 2022 Enactus World Cup, which was attended by two teams from Kyrgyzstan.

The Enactus KSTU-USTA team participated in the event as a finalist of the special Race to Rethink Plastic (race for the recycling of plastic) competition.

Following the results of the final performance, Enactus KSTU-USTA took second place, losing to the team from India. A total of 91 teams from 15 countries took part in the competition.

KSTU hosts the 2nd day of the Flex Club Alumni Charity Fair (Flex KSTU). The guys sell chocolates, candies, cupcakes, buns and juice. With the funds raised, the students of the Flex KSTU club will purchase New Year's gifts for the orphanage! #the values of every day are realized in actions

Debates among college students were held at the Iskhak Razzakov KSTU with the support of the "Polytech" debate сlub, the Eurasian Generation Foundation and the Rosa Otunbayeva Foundation.

The intellectual competition was attended by: Polytechnic College, Kyrgyz-Korean College, Bishkek College of Computer Systems and Technologies, college of KSTU branch named after Rakhmatulin and college of KNU named after Balasagyn.

Speaking is an important skill for young people who are striving for change and development. During the competitive speeches, the 1st place in the tournament was taken by Amirov Marat, a student of the Polytechnic College, and Dilmurad Akhmedov, a student of the Rakhmatulin College.

The judges of the debate tournament wished the winners and participants good luck, courage and great perseverance in achieving their goals!

The dance ensemble "Usta" was founded in 2002, and in 2005 received the official state status of "Folk collective". The collective of the folk dance ensemble "Usta " is made up of students of KSTU.Iskhak Razzakov, folk and modern dances in the repertoire of the ensemble. The ensemble's team is the winner of regional, city and republican competitions and festivals, took part in the opening ceremony of the ethno-program of the 3rd World Nomad Games 2018 in Kyrchin, for which it was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2019, he was nominated for the Sanjira Radio Award in the "Duburt" nomination.

The folk dance ensemble "Usta" has the following international achievements:

-2015 diploma of the 1st degree of the television dance competition, Republic of Bashkortostan;

-2018 Diploma festival "development", Turkey, Istanbul;

-2018 Diploma International Flower Festival, Isparta, Turkey;

-2022 1st place in the Dance of the Peoples of the World nomination at the International Dance Festival of Dance Art, Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek;

-2022 Folk dance at the 7th International Art Competition, 1st degree diploma in the nomination "Flame Dance", Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty;

-2022. Folk dance at the seventh international art competition, First degree diploma in the dance nomination "Gush depti", Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty.

The main functions of the studios are focused on the free choice of each student in accordance with his personal interests, conducting classes outside of school hours and organizing their free time. These student organizations carry out cultural and educational work, organize cultural trips, excursions, celebrations and other events. They create an environment for the realization of students' creative abilities, whose talents are manifested in participation in competitions, exhibitions, poetry evenings and debates. Young people acquire managerial skills and acquire a culture of social behavior, are brought up on the principle of openness of society and democratization of social relations. A highly cultured modern personality is being formed at the university.
