The rules of conduct and responcibilities of KSTU's students
Students of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov are required to comply with the rules of study and behavior aimed at maintaining academic discipline, a respectful atmosphere and internal regulations of the university. Each student must systematically prepare for classes, attend them in accordance with an approved schedule, receive timely admission to sessions and take tests and exams. In case of missing classes for valid reasons, the student must provide documentary evidence, and in case of absence for more than one week, notify the directorate of the institute or higher school. During their studies, students must observe discipline, show respect to teachers, staff, and other students, maintain peace and order in classrooms, take care of university property, equipment, and library stock, and maintain cleanliness in classrooms, hallways, and other public places. Students' appearance should be consistent with a businesslike and neat style, as well as generally accepted university standards. Students are not allowed to wear sportswear and beach-type shoes (except for sports events), in torn, excessively short, revealing or untidy clothes, in clothes with obscene, provocative or immoral inscriptions and images, as well as in indoor hats or heavily soiled clothes. On the territory and in the premises of the university, students are prohibited from violating public order, interfering with the educational process, littering, spitting, chewing gum, smoking in academic buildings and on the territory of the university, consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances, participating in gambling and trading, showing aggression, participating in fights, using obscene language, and also intentionally damage the university's property. For violation of the established rules of study and behavior, disciplinary and administrative measures are applied to students in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and internal regulations of KSTU, including reprimand, reprimand, withdrawal of scholarships, eviction from the dormitory and expulsion from the university.
