The Project Implementation Department was established in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of the Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University on October 30, 2024. The main purpose of the department is to coordinate and effectively support projects implemented both within the university and in partnership with international organizations and donors.
Key areas of activity:
Implementation of international projects — organizing and supporting projects funded by international donors such as development agencies, foundations, embassies, and international organizations.
Cooperation with donors — preparing project proposals, conducting negotiations, preparing reports, and ensuring transparency in project implementation.
Project management — planning, monitoring, and coordinating all project stages from initiation to completion, while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Evaluation and reporting — regularly preparing analytical and financial reports for both internal use and external partners.
The establishment of the department marked an important step toward strengthening international cooperation and increasing the efficiency of project activities at Razzakov University
