The Department of International Relations is a structural subdivision of KSTU named after. I. Razzakova. The CHI carries out its activities on the basis of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR), laws and international treaties of the KR, decrees and orders of the President of the KR, decrees and orders of the Government of the KR, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the KR, the Charter of KSTU, orders and orders of the rector of KSTU, these Regulations and others documents regulating the activities of KSTU.
