The Department of Russian Language as a separate structural unit of KSTU has been working since 2006. She teaches Russian to 1st year students of all faculties and directions of full-time and distant forms of education. The staff of the department implements innovative technologies in the field of education.
The main scientific activity of the department is aimed at improving the methodology of teaching Russian as a non-native language. Creativity is at the heart of the work of the Russian Language Department. The system-forming factors of the strategy are the continuity and continuity of students' creative development in the educational process, and the system-forming element is the student's creative activity in the classroom. The teachers of the department have been trained both in the republic and abroad.
Currently, 7 teachers work at the department, including 3 "Excellent Students of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic". Of them: 4 are associate professors, 3 are senior teachers.
