The department teaches Russian to 1st year students of all faculties and directions of full-time and part-time education.
The main goal of the department is to improve the quality of education in the perspective of its discipline by improving the qualifications of the teaching staff of the department. This provides for the development strategy of the Russian Language Department, which is being built in accordance with the main directions of the state policy of Kyrgyzstan in the field of education, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Education", with the state standard of discipline, with the normative documents of the Ministry of Education, with the Charter of the I. Razzakov KSTU.
The academic advisor of the department is senior lecturer E.K. Ibraimova.
