On December 20, 2025, the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology held a round table with representatives of the stakeholders of the educational programs of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology on the topic "University cooperation with potential consumers of its products and services in modern conditions." The Round Table was attended by representatives of enterprises and companies that are interested in cooperation with the department both in terms of training specialists and in terms of joint cooperation to solve specific production tasks in their enterprises: MegaVents LLC, Velding KJ LLC, Binteq group LLC,Gazprom Kyrgyzstan", IMAG NAS. During the Round table, issues related to the formation of competencies among graduates of the department's educational programs that are most in demand in the context of the emerging trends in the development of the country's industry were discussed. In particular, it was noted that there was a need to strengthen digital skills in product design, manufacturing processes, and control programs for numerically controlled technological equipment.

As a result of the discussion, the participants of the Round Table agreed on a number of joint activities aimed at training specialists adapted to the pool of production tasks of potential employers of graduates of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology. As one of the promising forms of training such specialists, an understanding has been reached by all parties of the need to implement educational programs for dual education.

As part of the expansion of relations between employers and the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology (TM) of the I.Razzakov KSTU, on December 12, 2025, employees of the Department of TM visited the enterprises of OOO "Velding KJ", OOO "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan" and the Institute of Machine Science, Automation and Geomechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

OOO "Velding KJ" is located on the territory of the former Frunze plant. The main activity of the enterprise is the manufacture of a wide range of metal structures for the construction industry.

Gazprom Kyrgyzstan LLC is an enterprise whose main activity is the supply, transportation, distribution and sale of natural gas in the domestic market of Kyrgyzstan. The company is engaged in gasification of new areas, reconstruction of gas transmission systems and underground gas storage facilities (UGS), and also ensures uninterrupted supply to consumers, being a monopolist in gas imports to the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Institute of Machine Science, Automation and Geomechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (IMAG) in Kyrgyzstan is engaged in advanced research in the field of automation and digitalization of technical systems, renewable energy, as well as the study of dynamic systems, the design of autonomous power systems, optimization of equipment management and the development of intelligent systems for various industrial and energy needs.

The production meeting was attended by representatives from OOO "Velding KJ", General Director Chatak uulu A. and Director of Production Erkinbek uulu B.; from OOO Gazprom Kyrgyzstan, chief welder Sakeshov A.B. and the beginning. of the production and testing laboratory Keldibekov A.K., with IMAG director Sultanaliev B.S., as well as employees of the TM department: head of the department Omuraliev U.K., Sartov T.E., Abdraimov E.S., Dyikanbayeva U.M., Sopoev M.K.

During the visit, representatives of the department got acquainted with the production facilities of the enterprises and the institute. The products manufactured at the enterprises were presented. Further steps on cooperation of enterprises and the institute with the department were discussed. An agreement has been reached on the conclusion of contracts on targeted training of specialists and on the completion of all types of practical training. The issues of forming the topics of final qualifying papers based on the real tasks of enterprises and a number of other issues related to both enterprises and the university were considered.
