March 9, 2024 in the Small Assembly Hall of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after. I. Razzakova held a seminar - a meeting on the development of the “Concept for the development of the road safety system of the internal affairs bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic for the period 2024-2030.”
The seminar-meeting was attended by the Head of the Main Directorate for Ensuring Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Law, Police Colonel Jorobekov Zh.M., Director of the “Association for Supporting the Activities of Mobile Police Reception Centres”, retired Colonel, Deputy Chief of the Main Department for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, police lieutenant colonel Sydygaliev M.A. as well as heads of departments of the Main Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Main Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek.
From the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov, the rector of the KSTU named after I. Razzakov Chynybaev M.K., director of the Institute of Transport and Robotics T.Y. Matkerimov, head of the department “Organization of Transportation and Transport Management” Atabekov K.K. participated in the seminar-meeting ., Associate Professor of the Department of "Organization of Transportation and Transport Management" Arykbaev K., Senior Lecturer of the Department of "Road Transport" Kalnazarov U.A.
The rector of KSTU named after I. Razzakov M.K. Chynybaev delivered a welcoming speech. in which he presented the work and plans carried out in the field of road safety at the university.
A report on the topic “Concept for the development of the road safety system of the internal affairs bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic for the period 2024-2030” was made by the head of the cycle of internal affairs and FP of the RTC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, candidate of legal sciences, police lieutenant colonel B.Kh. Saithojaev.
During the discussion, the rector of the KSTU named after I. Razzakov, Chynybaev M.K., the director of the Institute of Transport and Robotics, Matkerimov T.Y., and the head of the department of “Organization of Transportation and Transport Management” Atabekov K.K. actively participated from the KSTU named after I. Razzakov.
Road accidents are one of the most important social problems for all states of the world community. The most pressing issue is ensuring road safety in the Kyrgyz Republic. Taking action in this area does not bring tangible results. Therefore, the development of programs in the field of road safety is an urgent task.
Based on the results of the seminar-meeting, a decision was made to draw up an agreement on cooperation in the field of improving road safety between the Main Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, KSTU named after I. Razzakov and the public foundation OO "Road Safety", as well as regularly holding such events with the participation of interested parties.
