The jury included: A. Erokhin - press attache of the US Embassy in Bishkek, Bakirov Ch. - representative of the US Embassy in Bishkek, Aisha Bowie - aero-engineer and business woman, former employee of NASA and M.K. Chynybaev - rector of the university.
2eko is a project aimed at facilitating the waste sorting process in Bishkek and is a link between recycling companies and citizens, and Ms. Aisha Bowie is the initiator and main investor.
It should be noted that our students successfully presented their idea and won a $1,500 grant to implement and launch a pilot project.
In conclusion, Rector M.K. Chynybaev offered to organize cooperation between the authors of the project and the university laboratory for plastic processing and expressed his readiness to provide 10 waste sorting bins necessary to launch a pilot version.
