March 15, 2023 KSTU named after I. Razzakov was visited by a delegation of Constructor University Germany represented by D. Kondratiev, PhD, presidential adviser, and I. Hageg, PhD, coordinator of the Department of Cooperation and Development of the named university.
The guests were received by Rector Chynybaev M.K., Vice-Rector for International Relations Chymyrov A.U., Head of the Department of International Relations Baichekirova V.K., as well as directors of the Institutes and heads of departments.
At first, the parties exchanged presentations of their educational institutions. So, vice-rector Chymyrov A.U. presented KSTU as a modern university complex, the largest educational and scientific center for the training and retraining of engineering and technical and engineering and economic personnel.
Owning innovative technologies and introducing the latest educational programs, the university pays great attention to establishing comprehensive relations with various educational, scientific and cultural institutions of the countries of near and far abroad.
In turn, D. Kondratiev spoke about Constructor University, a private English-speaking university in Germany with high standards in the field of research and teaching in accordance with an interdisciplinary concept. Currently, this university is striving to go beyond the traditional academic approach, combining the foundations of education with project-based pedagogy and the latest digital tools.
At the end of the meeting, the parties discussed the possibilities of joint education in English and the intensification of academic exchange in order to implement the concept of "double diplomas", the introduction of highly effective programs with a digital focus in all disciplines and active participation in progressive research projects.
