On May 11, 2024, the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Training Center was opened at the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University, created in partnership with the Shaanxi Vocational Technical College and Xi'an Tianyi Intelligent Control Education Technology Company.
The new center specializes in training specialists in drone technology and operation in various fields such as geodesy, transportation, geoinformatics and emergencies. This cooperation promises to be a significant step in the development of education and technology not only for Kyrgyzstan and China, but also for the entire region.
A delegation from Shaanxi Province, China, visited the university to strengthen cooperation with Chinese partners within the framework of the Qinling Workshop project.
KSTU is ready to actively work on a new platform to study China's experience in leading fields of science and technology, such as energy, mechanical engineering, new modes of transport, chemical and mining industries, metallurgy, production of new materials, information technology and intelligent equipment.
During the visit, a delegation from Shaanxi Province got acquainted with the centers and laboratories of the university. This included familiarization with advanced technologies and research conducted in fields such as energy, mechanical engineering, transportation, information technology, and others.
This exchange of experience and knowledge was an important step towards further deepening cooperation between KSTU and Chinese partners.
