Third-year students of the Department of Technology of Light Industry Products (KSTI, KSTU) undergo semester-long training at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences in Zwickau, Germany. The training program will last from February 15 to July 31 and is conducted in the direction of “Technology and design of light industry products.”

The purpose of this exchange is to deepen students' knowledge and skills in the field of light industrial technologies, as well as to gain international experience and expand professional networks. As part of the program, students not only attend lectures and seminars, but also take part in practical exercises and projects, which allows them to better understand the processes of design and production of light industrial products.

In addition, studying at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences provides students with the opportunity to become familiar with advanced European techniques and technologies.

The exchange program also promotes cultural exchange and personal development of students. Staying in another country allows them to improve their knowledge of the German language, get acquainted with the culture and traditions of Germany, as well as make new friends and establish contacts with foreign colleagues.
