“Business Day” at the Secondary Vocational College of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov
On May 21, 2024, a “Business Day” was held on the N. Isanov campus of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.
The purpose of the event was to develop students' entrepreneurship skills, develop their ability to find and implement business ideas, as well as their ability to work in a team.
The event was organized using the flipped lesson method. Students created mini-businesses on their own: they formed teams, came up with business ideas, drew up business plans, organized production and exhibited the results at a fair.
Various creative works of students were presented at the fair: sewing products, bags, accessories, home-made baked goods, signature cocktails and national drinks.
To create a festive mood, the Student Senate organized entertainment, a photo zone and a musical performance by the college band.
Rector of KSTU Chynybaev M.K. supported young entrepreneurs and proposed holding a similar fair in the main building of the university in order to reach more students and attract the attention of a wider audience.
He emphasized the importance of developing entrepreneurial skills in students for their successful self-realization in the future, noting that such events contribute to the development of initiative, creativity and the desire for self-development among young professionals.
