On June 20, 2023, the next reporting and re-election trade union conference was held at the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.
The chairman of the Central Committee of the trade union of education and science Asylbek Toktogulov and the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Marlen Mamataliyev took part in the conference. The chairman of the trade union committee of KSTU named after Razzakov, associate professor A.A. Suyumbayeva, who has worked in this position for more than 18 years, reported on the work done over the past five years and voluntarily resigned, guided by the principles of rejuvenation and continuity in the team.
Through alternative elections, Azhar Abylayeva was elected the new chairman of the trade union committee of Razzakov KSTU by secret ballot.
