Welcome to the Confucius class of KSTU named after Razzakov


In November 2014 at the KSTU named after I. Razzakov, the Confucius class was opened. At the time of the beginning of its activity, the Confucius class at KSTU named after Razzakova recruited 4 groups of students who studied Chinese as a foreign language and 4 groups of free courses, and today they have already recruited more than 10 groups of students studying Chinese as a foreign language and 5 groups studying Chinese as courses. Classes are held 5 times a week. In addition to the implementation of educational activities, the Confucius class of KSTU named after Razzakova successfully hosts various events, such as: events dedicated to the celebration of traditional Chinese holidays, demonstrations and exhibitions introducing Chinese culture and art, and speaking contests in the Chinese language.

In the Confucius class, students of various structural divisions and faculties of KSTU study the Chinese language: the Faculty of Engineering and Economics, the Institute of Mining and Mining Technologies, the Faculty of Transport and Mechanical Engineering, the Faculty of Energy and the Faculty of Technology.

Confucius class at KSTU named after Razzakov is increasingly gaining the attention of the university staff: teachers and employees of various faculties and departments have also joined the study of the Chinese language. The Confucius class, taking care of the convenience of teachers and staff, organizes courses at a convenient time for them.

The Chinese teachers of the Confucius class use advanced curricula and teaching methods, and also remember to introduce their students and listeners through the study of Chinese to Chinese culture.

In the class of Confucius KSTU named after Razzakov, in addition to professional volunteer teachers from China, there is a local teacher with a high level of Chinese. All teachers of the Chinese language working at KSTU have rich experience, as well as possess a unique teaching methodology, use modern teaching methods and resources, thereby providing quality teaching to all lovers of the Chinese language.

For students studying Chinese in the Confucius class, within the framework of Hanban projects, there are internships for scholarship programs, they can take the HSK and HSKK exams. The passing of these exams opens before the students of KSTU named after Razzakov's opportunity to study in China on a grant basis!

Types of scholarships and application conditions:

1. HSK level 3:

- 180 points mark, teaching Chinese for one academic year

- Score of 210 points + initial oral HSKK- tuition for one semester

- A score of 270 points + the initial level of the oral exam HSKK-training for one academic year

2.HSK 4 level:

- Score 180 points + average level of the oral exam HSKK 60 points, - one-year training

-Evaluation of 210 points + the average level of the oral exam 60 points - for a bachelor's degree (specialties: Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, Chinese philosophy)

3.HSK5 level:

-Evaluation 210 points + the average level of the HSKK oral exam 60 points - in the magistracy (specialties: Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, Chinese philosophy) (HSK exams are held every year in February, March, May and November).

In addition, students who are active participants in the "Chinese Bridge" competition can participate in free summer camps that are held in China.
