“Hydropower station as a renewable and main important source of energy in Kyrgyzstan” WEWEK


Duration: 10-23 August 2020.

Place: Kyrgyz State Technical University / KSTU, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic

Participants: Bachelor/Master Students, Aspirants/PhD Students, young lecturers/teachers.

Event language: German / English/ Russian.

Events/Seminars: Lectures, Russian language course, Visit HPS Toktogul, Kurp-Sai, Kambar-Ata, micro hydropower plants of Chakan HPS etc., as well as cultural program; Ala-Archa, Burana, Issyk Kul, Cholpon-Ata, Petroglyph etc.)

Prerequisites: Bachelor, Graduates, Master students, doctorate and young scientists from the fields of electrical engineering, electro-mechanics, mechanical engineering, engineering and related subjects with a keen interest in the topic and in the region of Central Asia can apply.

Participation fee: 700 Euros. The participation fee has to be paid on the first day of the summer school.

Includes: Training/Workshop, Teaching Materials/Copies, Accommodation in a dormitory/Hotel, Catering, Free use of the library, Cultural program, Excursions, Travel expenses during the Summer School in the framework of the programs, Honorary for lecturers and organizers.
