Niyazalieva Baktyglyl Karybekovna - was born on October 30, 1968 in the village of Suusamyr, Zhayilsky district, Chui oblast.
In 1986 she graduated from Suusamyr Secondary School. In the same year she entered the Cooperative Technical School in Frunze, in 1988 she graduated with honors. In 1988, she entered the Kyrgyz State University at the accounting and economic department of the Economics Faculty, after which she received the specialty "Commodity Farming of Non-Food Products." She started her career in 1993 as a commodity expert at Kashka-Suu LTD Ltd., where she worked until 1998. In 1999-2000. worked as a cashier in the Department of Research on new technologies.
In 2000-2002, worked as a senior researcher at the Kyrgyz Research Institute, in 2002-2008. worked as chief accountant in the publishing house "Bilim-Agartuu", in parallel with 2003 to the present time she works as a senior lecturer at the Kyrgyz Economic University named after M. Ryskulbekova.
From 2006 to the present time she works as the chief accountant of the Polytechnic College of KSTU named after I. Razzakova. She was awarded with the Honorary Diplomas in honor of the 60th anniversary of the KSTU. I. Razakova and KEU named after M. Ryskulbekova.
