Salieva Z.T. graduated in 1997 from the Kyrgyz Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KTU) with a degree in 740200 - "Technology of milk and dairy products".

From 2008 to 2018, she held the following positions at the University; in 2008-2009. training master, in 2009-2014. head of the laboratory, in 2014 she was transferred to the position of teacher of the department "Technology of food production", in 2017 she was transferred to the position of senior lecturer.

Conducts lectures, laboratory classes, directs course projects and final qualifying works at a sufficiently high scientific, theoretical and methodological level. Actively engaged in research and methodological activities.

Developed and published 14 works, including 7 scientific and 7 methodological developments.

Educational and methodical complexes and lecture materials were developed for all courses; "Organoleptic analysis", "raw Materials / Composition and properties of dairy raw materials", "Fundamentals of biotechnology of production of fermented milk products", "Biotechnological processes, devices and equipment 2", "Food chemistry", "Biotechnology of industrial producers", "Design of biotechnological productions", "Introduction to valeology".

Salieva Z. T. in the course of teaching takes an active part in the education of young people, being the curator of junior courses of the department.
