Dzhamakeeva Anara D. in 1987 graduated from the Faculty of Technology of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute with a specialty of Technology of Meat and Meat Products. After graduation of institute she worked for 2 years at the Frunzensky meat-packing factory as a master of sausage production. Since 1989, he has been working at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, now the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakova, a teacher, since 1997 - a senior teacher, since 2004 - an associate professor, since 2014 - a professor at the department of " Technology of production of the food products".
In 2002 she defended her thesis, on May 30, 2002, she was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences, and on July 3, 2006 she was awarded the academic rank of Associate Professor in the specialty “Technology” by decision of the NAC KR.
Dzhamakeeva A.D. - competent, erudite specialist. Conducts lectures using projection technique, laboratory and practical lessons, course and diploma design at a fairly high scientific, theoretical and methodological level. Actively engaged of research and methodological work. Dzhamakeeva A.D. developed lecture courses in all readable disciplines and 15 Educational-methodical complexes for undergraduate students.
The field of scientific research is the development of technology of meat products with improved functional properties. Dzhamakeeva A.D. - scientific supervisor of dissertations of graduate students and undergraduate. She is a member of the Educational-methodical Council of the Faculty of Technology and deputy section head Educational-methodical department No. 4 "Technology and production of food products and consumer goods."
For the entire period of teaching activity Dzhamakeeva A.D. published 92 scientific and methodological works: 71 of them are of scientific and 21 methodological nature, including 3 monographs, 8 textbooks with the vulture of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, there are 5 patents of the Kyrgyz Republic. She takes an active part in international and regional conferences, is actively engaged in research work with students. Dzhamakeeva A.D. published in co-authored with students 11 articles, received 4 patents of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Awards: Diplomas of KSTU named after I. Razzakova, Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (2009), badge “Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic” (2011). In 2017 Dzhamakeeva A.D. received the title of “Professor of KSTU”.
Dzhamakeeva A.D. performs public work at the department, at the faculty - member of the Educational-methodical Council of the Faculty of Technology.
