12/25/25 Technosphere Safety Department of the "Branch Council".

On December 25, 2025, a meeting of the Industry Council for the educational program 760300 “Technosphere Safety” was held at the Department of Technosphere Safety of KSTU.

The meeting was attended by members of the Industry Council, faculty members of the department, and representatives of employers. The agenda included the following key issues:
    •    review of the working curriculum for the 2026–2027 academic year;
    •    discussion on opening a new specialization within the program;
    •    consideration of the implementation of the dual education system;
    •    election of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Industry Council and approval of the work plan;
    •    miscellaneous issues.

During the meeting, the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Industry Council were elected.
Kumar Abylgazymovich Mambetaliev, Head of the Bioresources Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, was elected as Chairperson.
Aibek Nurshaevich Dzhailokeev, Head of the Department of Innovative Technologies, Technologies and Digitalization of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, was elected as Deputy Chairperson.

The meeting was chaired and all organizational activities were coordinated by the Head of the Department of Technosphere Safety, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Zhyrgal Makeshovich Omurov.

As a result of the meeting, a number of important decisions were adopted aimed at aligning educational programs with labor market requirements, strengthening the practical orientation of training, and expanding cooperation with employers.
