Guest lecture by Russian scientists at the KSTU Energy Institute

On October 29, the KSTU Energy Institute hosted a guest lecture for students of the Technosphere Safety course on the topic "Current areas of scientific research of the 21st century."

The lecture was delivered by leading scientists from the Russian Federation:

Natalia Sergeevna Shlyk — Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Researcher at the Pushkov Institute of Terrestrial Magnetism, Ionosphere and Radio Wave Propagation of the Russian Academy of Sciences;

Russian Russian Language Natalia Bozhenkova — Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of General and Russian Linguistics at the Pushkin State Institute of the Russian Language;

Bazhenov Nikolay Alekseevich — Candidate of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Discrete Mathematics and Computer Science of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, leading researcher at the International Scientific and Educational Mathematical Center of NSU, Researcher at the S. L. Sobolev Institute of Mathematics SB RAS.

Vice Rector for Science Arzybayev A.M. and manager of the Technology Transfer Center Burul Zhapakova took part in the event on behalf of KSTU.

During the lecture, key areas of modern science development, the importance of innovation and interdisciplinary research for ensuring technosphere security and sustainable development were discussed. Special attention was paid to issues of scientific cooperation and integration of educational and research initiatives.

The students of Technosphere Safety showed great interest in the topic of the lecture, actively participated in discussions, asked questions and shared their ideas.

The event became a platform for a lively scientific dialogue and exchange of experience between representatives of different fields of knowledge, strengthening cooperation between KSTU and Russian scientific centers.
