Uzakov Yasin Malikovich was born on October 8, 1948. in the village of Karmakchi, Kzylorda region.
In 1966 he graduated from 11 classes of secondary school No. 26 named after. Chokana Valikhanov in the village of Karmakchi.
From 1966-1968 he worked as a worker at the Karmakchinsky district food processing plant.
In 1968 he entered and in 1973 graduated from the mechanical faculty of the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute with a degree in Automation and integrated mechanization of technological processes.
After graduating from the institute, he was sent to the Almaty meat-packing plant,
From August 1973 to April 1978 he worked as a foreman, senior technologist, and workshop manager.
From April 1978 to April 1980 he worked as Chief Technologist of the Ministry of Meat and Dairy Industry of the Kazakh SSR.
In 1980 he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry with a degree in technology of meat and meat products without interrupting production.
From April 1980 to 1985 he worked as Director of the cannery of the Almaty Production Association of the Meat Industry.
In 1986 he was awarded the title - Honored Innovator and Inventor of the USSR

From November 1985 to 1994 he worked as Director of the meat processing plant of the Almaty Production Association of the Meat Industry. From February 1994 to 1997, in connection with the corporatization of the Almaty Meat Industry Production Association in Kulan JSC, he was appointed Chief Engineer - First Vice-President of the Kulan Joint Stock Company.

From November 1997 to 2001, in connection with the reorganization of Kulan JSC, he was appointed President of Almaty-et JSC (Almaty Meat Canning Plant).
In 2002, he was awarded the academic title of Professor of Almaty Technological University
Since April 2001 until August 2007 he worked as General Director of AF Kainar LLP (meat processing plant).
In 2006, he was awarded the academic title of Academician of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In 2006, he defended his dissertation for Doctor of Technical Sciences. By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation
(Moscow) dated December 1, 2006 No. 47d/41 awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.
In 2007, the Committee for Control in the Sphere of Education and Science (VAK) of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the academic title of professor

Uzakov Ya.M. has been working at the Almaty Technological University since 2002, initially as a part-time professor at the Department of Food Technology, with a total experience of scientific and pedagogical work of 19 years.
For great services in the development of the meat industry Uzakov Ya.M. was awarded 6 Honorary Certificates of the USSR Ministry of Meat and Milk Industry and 10 Honorary Certificates of the Kazakh SSR Ministry of Meat and Milk Industry, gold medals at the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the USSR.
In 1994-1995 for the excellent quality of sausages Uzakov Ya.M. received a crystal cup at an international exhibition in Frankfurt (Germany).
Participated in the development of over 20 standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan for meat products, has more than 140 rationalization proposals and inventions introduced into production.
