The Department of Food Production Technology offers bachelor’s degree programs in both full-time and part-time (with the use of distance learning technologies) formats under the field 740300 – “Food Production Technology and Public Catering Organization”, with a specialization in “Food Service Technology and Restaurant Business.”
Since 2017, the department has also been offering master’s degree programs in the field of 740300 – “Food Production Technology and Public Catering Organization”, with the specialization “Food Service Technology and Restaurant Business.”
