Kodzhegulova Daria Ablasanovna, candidate of technical sciences, professor of KSTU named after I. Razzakova, works at KSTU. I. Razzakova since 2004.

EDUCATION:

1976-1981 - Technological engineer, specialty "Technology of meat and meat products", FPI.
2009 - Candidate of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.18.01 - Technology of processing, storage and processing of cereals, legumes, cereals, fruits and vegetables and viticulture.

WORKING ACTIVITIES:

From 1981-1989 Engineer-technologist of the Kaindy meat-packing plant;
From 1989-1990 Head of the state acceptance for the quality of products of the Talas meat processing plant;
From 1991-1995 Chief technologist of the Talas meat processing plant;
From 1996-2000 Director of Ayaz LLC, Bishkek;
From 2001-2004 Manager of the wine-making enterprise OSOO "Ayazmar";

RESEARCH WORK

During the period of work at KSTU, Kodzhegulova D.A. took an active part in the training of engineering personnel, the creation of an educational and scientific base for the Faculty of Technology and the Department of Canning Technology, specializing in Standardization and Certification of Food Products. In 2010-2013, within the framework of the "Agribusiness and Marketing" project, a training and practical center "Technologist" was created at KSTU. I. Razzakova, equipped with modern educational and production equipment and laboratory devices in all food areas of the Faculty of Technology, where Kodzhegulova D.A. coordinated the project and successfully implemented it. At present, specialists and the unemployed in the field of food technology are being trained in the base of the UOC "Tekhnolog".

Kodzhegulova D.A. gives lectures at a high professional level, conducts practical classes in special disciplines, supervises term papers, graduation papers, as well as research work of students. Supervisor of graduate students, undergraduates, applicants. For the entire period of work at the university, with her participation, the training and graduation of engineers and bachelors for the food industry in Kyrgyzstan and the CIS countries was carried out. She combines successful professional activity with active scientific work, as a result of which she received patents for the following inventions: “Composition for soft drinks”, “Khan-Ayran fermented milk product and obtaining Shapaat drink based on it”, “Koshkon May”. Over the past 5 years, more than 50 scientific and scientific-methodical works of international and republican level have been published.

Kodzhegulova D.A. takes an active part in the development, coordination and implementation of the following international projects:

  • EU Project - Erasmus+ - Higher Education for Food Production Systems and Standards (HESAFS) (2016-2019);
  • Project Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) - Master Plan for Quality and Safety Inspection of Milk and Dairy Products (2016);
  • United Nations World Food Program Project - Food Technology Consulting Services (2015-2016);
  • World Bank Project "Agribusiness and Marketing" (2009-2013);
  • EU Project (GIZ) - Vocational Education in Central Asia (Ongoing)

Within the framework of these projects, mini-production workshops for the processing of fruits and vegetables were created in 10 ayil okmoots of Kyrgyzstan, and on an ongoing basis advises food producers.
For the development of the university and for the creation of the UOC "Tekhnolog" 1 million 423 thousand dollars were attracted within the framework of the World Bank project "Agribusiness and Marketing", more than 500 thousand dollars within the framework of the GIZ project "Vocational Education in Central Asia"
In 2016, she won the EU project "Erasmus + - Higher Education for Systems and Standards for Food Production", the grant amount of this project for the university is 84 thousand 570 euros. Within the framework of this project, educational laboratories were equipped and new disciplines were developed for food students according to the requirements of the technical regulations of the EAEU, which are relevant today in the field of ensuring safe conditions in food production.
She completed an internship in the following countries: Russia, France, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland.
