Mambetaliev T. S., born in 1953, graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1976 with a degree in "Machines and Technology of Foundry Production". He also completed postgraduate studies there and defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in 1982. Since 1989 he has the academic title of associate professor. Since 1976, he has been working at the I. Razzakov FPI – KSTU as a teacher, senior lecturer of the Department of Machine Parts, associate professor of the Departments of Engineering Graphics, Metallurgy and Metallurgical Processes and Mechanical Engineering Technology. He headed the Departments of Engineering Graphics and Metallurgy and Metallurgical Processes, was elected dean of the Evening Correspondence Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. In 2005 -2010 he worked in production – was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Bishkek Machine-Building Plant. For the introduction of inventions into production, he was awarded the Honorary badge "Inventor of the USSR" (1986). Passed scientific and educational internships in Russia — at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University; in the Czech Republic – the Technical University of Brno (VUT v Brne); in the USA — the University of Kansas. Lawrence (School of Engineering, KU, Lawrence). Since 1997, as a scholarship holder of the DAAD and the program of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "Cadres of the 21st Century", he has passed language, scientific and educational internships in Germany — the Aachen University of Technology (RWTH Aachen), the Freiberg Mining Academy of Freiberg (TU- BAF), the Boydt Higher Technical School of Berlin (Beuth Hochschule für Technik). The results of the passage of foreign internships Mambetaliev T. S. introduces into the educational process of KSTU named after I. Razzakova – developed new courses of lectures and practical classes in the disciplines of "Technological processes in mechanical engineering", "Standardization of accuracy and technical measurements" and "Design and production of blanks", including in German. He has published Russian-German terminological illustrated dictionaries on the following sections of technology: foundry, welding, metal processing by pressure, metal cutting, and on the standardization of accuracy and technical measurements. Received by him and assoc. Muktarbek uulu Kubat in the form of a grant from DAAD CNC machine, 3D printer, 3D scanner and measuring equipment bring closer the solution of issues of "digital production" in the educational process. T. S. Mambetaliev is actively engaged in research work, has published more than 60 scientific and methodological developments.  Participated in the development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Education, as well as in the development of the Concept of Industrial Development of the Kyrgyz Republic. He was awarded an Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993) and awarded the "Excellent Education" badge (2018).
