Brief biographical note
Date and place of birth: 18.11.1958, Naryn, Kyrgyz SSR.
Education. In 1981, she graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute (FPI) with a degree in "Electrical power supply of industrial enterprises, cities and agriculture".
She completed her postgraduate studies at the Kyrgyz Technical University (KTU) named after I. Razzakov (2002) and her doctoral studies at the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR) (2013).
In 2004, She defended her candidate's dissertation on the theme: "Mathematical modeling and study of transients in electric power systems with significant nonlinearities" on specialties: 05.14.02 - "Power plants and electric power systems", 05.13.18 - "Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and software packages" at KSTU named after I. Razzakov (supervisor Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor KTU Joomart Asyrankulovich Apyshev).
In 2008, she was awarded the academic title «Associate Professor» in the specialty "Power Engineering".
In 2015 at the Institute of Automation and Information Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic defended her doctoral dissertation on the theme "Research and development of computational control algorithms for a class of systems with nonlinear dynamics and self-organization" in the specialty: 05.13.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing" (scientific adviser - Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Kyrgyz Republic Janybek Sharshenalievich Sharshenaliev).
In order to improve her qualifications, she underwent scientific internships in the leading universities of the Russian Federation: National Research University MPEI (Technical University), Moscow, Southern Federal University (SFU), Chair of SIPU (Synergetics and Control Processes), Taganrog, Technical University of Ilmenau (Germany).
Work experience. In 1981, after graduation from the university, the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic sent her to Kara-Kul city to the general technical faculty (GTP) of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Toktogul HPP as a teacher in the discipline "Theoretical bases of electrical engineering".

Research interests - Nonlinear electric power engineering, control of electric power objects with nonlinear dynamics and self-organization, renewable energy sources.
Head of section 4 scientific projects of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Author (co-author) of 140 scientific publications, including: 85 scientific articles and reports in periodical journals of CIS and Kyrgyzstan (3 articles are indexed in Scopus); 3 monographs and 6 patents of KR for inventions; 48 teaching and learning aids (5 textbooks with the Ministry of Education and Science).
