Vodyanov Ali-Magomed Ramazanovich was born on March 18, 1953 in the village of Kishmishi, Kordai district, Dzhambul region. Education: Graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute in 1976 with a degree in Electrical Power Plants, qualified as an electrical engineer. 'He received his second higher education after graduating from the Kyrgyz State University named after the 50th Anniversary of the USSR with a degree in Industrial Planning, qualification - economist. Career: In 1976, he began his career at the cascade of the Alamedin hydroelectric power plants of Kirghizglavenergo as an electrical laboratory engineer. In 1978, he was transferred to the position of foreman of the electrical machinery repair section of the hydroelectric power plant. In 1979, he was transferred to the Chui Electric Grid Company (CHUPES) of Kirghizglavenergo, where in the same year he was appointed an electrical equipment repairman. In 1982, it was transferred to the newly formed Frunze Electric Grid Company (FPES)." he was allocated from the CHUPES to the position of an electrical equipment repair master. ' In 1984, he was transferred from the FPP to the position of chief power Engineer of the department.
