Temirzhan Kabaev was born on June 29, 1947 in the village of Zhany - Alysh in the Keminsky district of the Chui region.
In 1955-1966 he studied at a secondary school in Zhany-Alysh.
From September 1966 to July 1967, he worked as an assistant drilling foreman at the Beisheken Geological Party.
In 1967-1972, he successfully studied at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute, graduating with a degree in electrical engineering.
From 1972 to 1977, he worked as a commissioning engineer and designer at the Bystrov Electrotechnical Plant.
1977-1999senior engineer of the Keminsky Electrotechnical Enterprise, chief engineer and head of the Electrical Engineering Department of the Chuisky district, senior engineer of the Keminsky Electrotechnical Enterprise.He worked as a dispatcher and chief engineer in the Keminsky district electric grid.
In 1999-2014, he was an individual entrepreneur.
Since 2014, he has been working at KSTU as a laboratory head, laboratory assistant, and laboratory head.
