Information about the provision of sponsorship by graduates of the TPOP department for the educational and laboratory base of the department.
The teaching staff of the department constantly conducts extensive research work, in particular, multifaceted research is being carried out to improve existing and create new technologies, to obtain a wide range of high-quality products and high nutritional value with guaranteed safety for general and therapeutic and preventive nutrition. The department takes an active part in the organization of university events.
Within the framework of the project "Increasing resistance to COVID-19 and other viral diseases by improving the nutrition culture and dietary habits of individual families in new buildings in Bishkek", video lessons were developed. The staff of the TPOP department developed a weekly menu for selected families, conducted video lectures on balanced nutrition, as well as developed and implemented video tutorials on cooking technology. The project is being implemented by Samsala kyzy Ainura, a graduate of exchange programs funded by the US Government, in partnership with the public foundation "Education for Community Development"
Since 2002, the law "On catering for students in secondary schools of the Kyrgyz Republic" has come into force in the Kyrgyz Republic, and despite the fact that experts have been improving school meals in the country's schools for 16 years, the question of creating new recipes for meals for school-age children remains open. After all, when developing recipes for new dishes, it is necessary to comply with a number of particularly important requirements
Various International School Nutrition Programs are operating in Kyrgyzstan. In addition, with some of them, the staff of the TPOP department participated in the implementation of projects:
1. The UN World Longitudinal Program (WFP), Azizova M.A., Abakirova E.M.
2. Reputation within the framework of the "Promotion for education" program, Ashirbekova G.B. Azisova M.A.
3. Bishkek.A.
4. The department is working on the creation of a competence center for training school cooks
5. A training manual has been developed in this direction, Koshoeva T.R. Abdykalykova S.S. and others.
While working on projects, the staff of the department not only make up the ration of schoolchildren and make up the equipment of the workshops of school tables, but also develop new recipes for dishes.
The project staff also deals with the problem of school nutrition and the development of recipes.

Teachers of the department have been awarded certificates of merit for their significant contribution to the development of the state language, expanding its use in university activities and for many years of fruitful work, achievements and contributions to education.
TPCP teachers were awarded letters of thanks for their significant contribution to the preparation and organization of the III World Nomad Games
