Communication with public catering enterprises. Communication is constantly maintained with catering enterprises in the Republic and abroad: LLC "Kainar Club" ("Lamb", "Frunze", etc.), "Atlas", "Eden", "Dostuk", "Aurora", "Park Hotel", restaurant "Champion" (Antalya Turkey), restaurant "Continental" (South Korea), "Life pub" (Almaty), Ethno-complex "Supara" and with cafes: "Babylon", "Zhyluu Suu", "Lotus", "Buddha Bar", "Croutons", "Sary-Ozon", "Altyn -Arashan", "Sun City", "Odnoklassniki", LLC TD "7 days", "Empire of pizza", hypermarket "Frunze", etc.

There are agreements on joint activities for the practical training of students with the Ethnographic complex "Supara", the restaurants of the LLC "Kainar Club" ("Barashek", "Frunze", etc.), "Dostuk", "Aurora", "Dasmiya", the hotel complex "Damas", "Primevara", "Eden", "Kazanok", etc.

Contracts have been concluded with the existing restaurants "Frunze" and "Dasmiya" as a production base for laboratory and practical classes in special disciplines.

Over the past three years, the department has held round tables with the participation of the leadership of KSTU and employers on the topics "Improving the quality of education and ensuring employment of graduates" (30.01.18), "Integration of employers in assessing the quality of education of graduates (28.02.2019) and "Interaction of the University with employers, experience and prospects of graduates" (07.02.2020) in the direction of 740300 –Technology of production and organization of public catering".

According to the results of the round table, an Industry Council was created (consisting of: Dean of the TF, prof. D.H.N. Dzhunushalieva T.S., head of the Department of TPOP, Ph.D., Associate Professor Koshoeva T.R., General Director of "Kyrgyzobshepit" Mishin D.A., representative of "Kainar Group" Khozovskaya A., general director of the restaurant "Lamb" Smanova R.R., Director of development of LLC "Empire of Pizza" Amanova M.K.).
