Born on April 10, 1957 in the village of Jolgolot, Ak-sui district, Issyk-Kul region. In 1974, he graduated from high school in the city of Przhevalsk, Issyk-Kul region. In the same year, he entered the Faculty of Mechanics of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute (FPI), majoring in mechanical engineering technology, metal cutting machines and tools. In 1980, he graduated from FPI and started working at the Setun plant of NPO Ala-Too as a design engineer. From 1984 to 1987 he worked as a leading engineer, and from October 1987 to 1990 he worked as the head of the Bureau of Reliability.
From 1990 to 1998 he worked as a hard alloy sinter.
From 1998 to 2000, he worked as a foreman at the Bishkek Trolleybus Department.
From April 2000 to September, he worked as a mechanical engineer for the private company AAK Asia Ltd.
From September 2000 to May 2007, he worked at the KBI "Tool" enterprise as a hard alloy sinter.
From 2007 to the present, he has been working as an engineer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology.
