Date of birth: February 13, 1978

Education:

  • 1996–2002: University of Priština, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Geography.
  • 2004–2005: Master’s degree at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mathematics, Department of Astronomy; final grade: 10.
  • October 11, 2012: Defended doctoral dissertation on the topic "Cartographic method in digitized generalization of the river network of Kosovo and Metohija." Awarded PhD in Geosciences.

Experience:

  • 2013: Elected to the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Priština by the University Council.
  • 2016: Elected to the position of Associate Professor by the decision of the Faculty Academic Council.
  • 2015–2016: Visiting Professor at the University of Graz (Austria).
  • 2017–2018: Visiting Professor at the University of Wyoming (USA).
  • 2006–Present: Associate Professor at the University of Mitrovica.
  • Currently: Full Professor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Geography.

  • Head of the University of Priština (temporarily in Kosovska Mitrovica) project: "Digitization of cultural and religious sites on the territory of Serbian municipalities and creation of a geospatial database."
