International cooperation

The Academician A. Zhaynakov Department of Information Systems and Technologies actively develops international cooperation with leading educational institutions and research centers. Within this framework, the department has established partnerships with universities in Serbia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other countries.

Special emphasis is placed on academic mobility. The department staff includes a visiting professor from a Serbian university, Professor H. Milošević, who actively participates in the department's educational and scientific activities. His experience and knowledge contribute significantly to the development of modern educational programs and enhance the quality of training for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Furthermore, students of the department participate in international academic mobility programs. They study for one semester at institutions such as Hanbat National University (Republic of Korea), Angel Kanchev University of Ruse (Bulgaria), and Almaty Technological University (Kazakhstan). The department’s faculty members also actively engage in mobility programs. For instance, one such visit was supported by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Kyrgyz Republic. It included participation in the thematic course "Next Generation Technology Leaders," focused on modern approaches to digital technologies.

As part of international cooperation, the department hosted an online guest lecture featuring Dr. Predrag Terzić, a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Political Studies (Belgrade, Serbia). This event marked a significant step in strengthening interdisciplinary ties and exchanging knowledge between specialists in information technology and political research.

Joint initiatives with international partners allow the department to stay abreast of the latest trends in information technology, facilitate the implementation of best practices into the educational process, and maintain a high standard of scientific research.
