Department Projects
The staff of the A. Zhaynakov Department of Information Systems and Technologies actively participate in research, educational, and applied projects aimed at the development of modern IT, the digitalization of education, and the implementation of innovative solutions.
The department's project activities focus on the following key areas:
- Development and implementation of information systems and software products;
- Application of AI and data analysis technologies for applied problems;
- Development of telecommunication and cloud technologies;
- Processing and analysis of Earth remote sensing data;
- Digital educational technologies and e-learning;
- Mathematical modeling and computational methods.
Staff members have participated in scientific projects under state programs and grants from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as in collaboration with international scientific organizations. Key projects funded by state grants include:
- "Development of eco-friendly plasma technologies for the disposal of solid organic and inorganic waste based on complex research";
- "Development of a computer modeling system for high-temperature solid waste processing technology."
In 2025, the department launched an international project titled "Creating and Improving Research Data Management Practices in Universities of Kyrgyzstan and Austria," featuring Professor Andreas Rauber from the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) as a foreign partner.
The project involves I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University (Bishkek) and Naryn State University (Naryn). The project working group includes the Head of the Department, Associate Professor Amankulova. This initiative aims to further develop academic mobility and international scientific cooperation.
Faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students are actively involved in these projects, fostering practical skills in research and development while enhancing their professional qualifications.
