She has been working at KSTU (FPI) since 1978. Graduated from Michurinsky State Pedagogical Institute (Russia), Faculty of Russian Language and Literature. He was awarded the qualification of a teacher of Russian language and literature at school. Kulubekova N. A. is a highly qualified teacher. Pays great attention to the aesthetic education of students. Annually for 10 years he has been holding musical and poetic evenings for students and staff of KSTU, which are reflected in the periodical press of the Kyrgyz Republic. She is responsible for organizing and conducting the interuniversity Olympiad in the Russian language. From 1981-1982 he was a trainee teacher of the Department of "Russian as a Foreign language and methods of teaching it" of the Peoples' Friendship University named after him. Patrice Lumumba (Moscow). In 1986, she took advanced training courses at the Pushkin Institute of the Russian Language (Moscow). Russian Russian as a Foreign Language Teacher was awarded the qualification. 1986-88 Teacher of Russian as a foreign language at Kabul Polytechnic Institute.
