Graduated in 1982 from the Kyrgyz University. 50th Anniversary of the USSR Faculty of Russian Philology, specialty "Philologist, teacher of Russian language and literature". In 1982, he joined the Department of Theory and History of Literature at the Pedagogical Institute of the Russian Language and Literature. From 1984 to 1987 studied at the target postgraduate course at the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of the Russian Language and Literature named after. M.Akhundova. In 1988 he defended his Ph.D. thesis at ASU. Kirov (Baku) on the topic "The problem of the tragic hero in Soviet prose of the 60-80s". Since 1999, he moved to work at the Kyrgyz Institute of Architecture and Construction as the head of the Russian language department. Author of more than 50 scientific papers and articles.

With his direct participation, the specialty "Organization of work with youth" was opened at the Department of the Russian Language. He gives lectures and conducts practical classes in the subjects: "Russian Language", "History of World Literature", "Aesthetics", "History of World Civilizations", "Religious Studies", special courses and special seminars. He has the badges “Excellent worker in education of the Kyrgyz Republic”, “Excellent worker in the trade union movement of the Central Committee of Trade Unions of the Kyrgyz Republic”. He does a lot of social work.
