Material and technical base


During the period of its existence, the department has been constantly developing and improving: a modern scientific and technical, educational and laboratory base for obtaining modern technical education has been created. The educational and laboratory base includes six specialized training laboratories, training workshops, which are equipped with models and samples of existing equipment for all branches of the food industry. In addition, the department has a modern computer classroom equipped with the Stuart Essay Epd Ipvayromentaya Laboratory.Lectures are conducted using progressive interactive teaching methods using information technology. Laboratory and practical classes are held in specialized laboratories equipped with the necessary instruments, tools and equipment, which are updated annually. In 2011, a grant was won in the amount of more than 6 thousand US dollars, which was used to purchase equipment for refrigeration technology.
