One of the important criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the departments of the faculty and the correctness of strategic development plans is the employment rate of graduates. The demand for graduates of TF is high enough, as currently the food and light industry of the country is developing at a good pace. It should be noted that the light industry of Kyrgyzstan has reached the international level largely thanks to graduates-technologists and designers of the Department "technology and design of garments" KSTU. I. Razzakova, formed a little more than 30 years ago.
TF graduates after graduation are employed at the leading enterprises of the national economy of the Kyrgyz REPUBLIC, as well as at private enterprises. It should be noted that the food industry, food industry, light industry of Kyrgyzstan, as well as neighboring countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.) are constantly in need of technologists, mechanics for these sectors of the economy.
Annually the faculty produces 200-250 bachelors. Employment of graduates of the faculty 86-100%.
The quality of training at the faculty always meets the requirements of the time. TF graduates with a unified set of knowledge in fundamental, engineering and special disciplines, computer technology, programming and foreign languages are able to easily and quickly adapt to the production process of enterprises, can work in responsible areas of any structure (public, private), to create their own business, becoming entrepreneurs, to lead enterprises, organizations of any level.
