In 2000, she graduated from the I.Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University with a degree in Tricycle Production Technology. In 2019, she received an academic master's degree in the field of “Technology and design of light industry products” at this university.

From 2013 to 2016, he was a specialist at the vocational guidance center of the I. Razzakov Polytechnic College of KSTU;
2014: Chairman of the expert commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic on licensing educational programs of secondary schools;
from 2013 to 2017, Chairman of the Technical Admissions Committee of the I. Razzakov Polytechnic College of KSTU;
from 2016 to 2017, Deputy Director for Industrial Training at the I. Razzakov Polytechnic College of KSTU;
2016-2017 National facilitator for the development of competence-oriented curricula and materials for secondary vocational education within the framework of the Second Project of the Asian Development Bank "Vocational Education and Skills Development";
From 2019 to 2021, Director of the Training Center for Light Industry "Industry of Personnel" at KSTU named after I.Razzakov;
From 2019 to the present, senior lecturer at the Department of TILP of the I.Razzakov KSTU.
12 scientific papers have been published, including a collection of materials for the organization of competence-based learning (modular training) in vocational education and training.
Has two certificates for the object of copyright:
1)No. 5214 for the textbook recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic "Yarn Production"
2) No. 5213 for the textbook recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic "Technique of weaving fabrics and knitwear"
