In 2017, he graduated from KSUCTA with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Systems Security.
In 2019, he completed a Master’s degree at KSUCTA in Information Security Audit of Automated Information Systems.
He participates in the department’s research and teaching methodology seminar. Since 2024, he has been working on a Candidate of Sciences (PhD-equivalent) dissertation titled “Optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Systems in the Banking Sector of Kyrgyzstan Using Artificial Intelligence Methods” in the research area “Methods and Systems of Information Protection” at I. Razzakov KSTU. He has published two research papers.

At the Department of Information Systems Security, he delivers lectures and practical classes for the bachelor’s program “Information Systems Security” and the master’s program “Audit of an Automated Information System”, including the following courses:

Main employment in the banking sector: Head of the Information Security Department of OJSC “Bakai Bank”.
His professional interests include developing and implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS), information security risk management, compliance with NBKR requirements, ISO/IEC 27001 and 27005, PCI DSS and PCI PIN Security, incident response, application and API security, and administration and operation of DLP/SIEM/PAM systems.
