Senior Lecturer
In 1999, she graduated from Kyrgyz Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KTU) with a degree in Management and Automation in Technical Systems, qualification: Diploma Engineer.
In 2010, she completed a Master’s degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering at Kyrgyz State University of Construction, Transport and Architecture named after N. Isanov (KSUCTA).
Total continuous teaching experience: 20 years.
She delivers lectures, practical and laboratory classes in specialized disciplines. For the courses taught, educational and methodological complexes have been developed, and 9 methodological manuals for practical and laboratory work have been published for Bachelor’s and Master’s students in the program 590100 – Information Security.
She is currently working on her PhD (Candidate of Sciences) dissertation entitled:
“Methods for Analysis and Risk Management of Security in a Protected Corporate Information System.”
Two scientific articles have been published on the topic of the dissertation.
She holds 10 professional development certificates and has been awarded the Honorary Certificate of KSUCTA.

Professional Experience:
From 1999 to 2000, worked as Chief Specialist of the Information Department at BTU of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund (MHIF). From 2000 to 2002, served as Head of the Information Department at BTU of the MHIF. From 2005 to 2022, worked as Senior Lecturer at the Department of OBIS. Since September 2022, following the merger with Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KSTU), has been serving as Senior Lecturer at the Department of OBIS.
During the tenure at KSTU, developed syllabi for the courses Web Programming, Design of Secure Telecommunication Systems, and Information Protection in Computer Networks, and prepared educational and methodological complexes for specialists and Bachelor’s students. Delivers lectures and conducts seminar sessions in these disciplines at a high methodological level. Combines teaching activities with methodological work. Developed and published laboratory manuals for Bachelor’s students in program 590100 – Information Security for the courses Web Programming and Design of Secure Telecommunication Systems. Participates in the department’s scientific and methodological seminars. Conducts research on the topic “Methods for Analysis and Risk Management of Security in a Protected Corporate Information System”. Two scientific articles have been published on the topic of her PhD (Candidate of Sciences) dissertation. Actively participates in the organizational work of the department and the institute.
