On April 5, 2023, Salymbekov University hosted an engaging lecture by software engineer Emil Bilgaziev. A distinguished professional with a Master’s and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Houston, Emil Bilgaziev has over 18 years of experience working in leading IT companies such as Uber, Snap, LinkedIn, and Facebook. During the lecture, he shared invaluable insights and expertise from his successful career in the tech industry.
The event was graced by Askar Salymbekov, the founder of Salymbekov University, and Rysbek Abdyldaev, the university’s vice president, a Doctor of Medical Sciences, and a professor working at the international biotechnology laboratory in San Francisco, USA. The university recognized Emil Bilgaziev’s outstanding contributions to science and education by awarding him the title of honorary professor. As a token of appreciation, Askar Salymbekov presented Emil with a diploma robe, symbolizing the university’s gratitude for his achievements in the field of computer science.
